	Is Cool Approach free?
	Yes! To signup and register as a user on Cool Approach, it is completely free!

	How do i add graphics and colour to my profile page?
	Please login into coolapproach.com using your current username and password. Once logged in click on 'My Account', from there you will be able to edit your Cool Profile.

	How do i change my personal information?
	Please login into coolapproach.com using your current username and password. Once logged in click on 'My Account', from there you will be able to edit your personal information and also details on your Cool Profile.

	How do i change my password?
	Please login into coolapproach.com using your current username and password. Once logged in click on 'My Account' and then 'Edit 'Account', chnage your password and then click 'Update' at the bottom of the page to update your password.

	How do i enquire about advertising on Cool Approach.com?
	If you are interested in advertising on the Coolapproach.com site please send an email to advertising@coolapproach.com who will be happy to help.

	How do i cancel my Cool Approach account?
	Please send an email to cancel@coolapproach.com with your username and password to cancel your account.

	How do i view my account details?
	Simple, just log in using the box in the top left of the screen and click the My Account button, all you have to do then is click the Edit Account tab and you can change any personal data you wish.

	Who do i report inappropriate content to?
	Please send an email to abuse@coolapproach.com with as much information as you can provide and the Cool Approach staff will investigate the matter.

	Who do i report copyright violation to?
	Please send an email to abuse@coolapproach.com with as much information as you can and the Cool Approach staff will investigate the mater.

	Someone else is logging into my account and changing my details, profile, character ect. what can i do?
	Maybe your password is to easy to guess. We suggest you change this to something more difficult to crack.

	How do i report an error?
	Nearly all errors on Cool Approach are caught by our errors scripts and we are informed of the problem - during normal work hours we hope to get these all sorted within just a few hours - however if you have a more specific problem please email details to technical@coolapproach.com.

	I can't create an account, what are the reasons for this?
	The email address you are using to sign up with might already be used by someone else. try using a different email address.

	I can't log in to my account.
	Click on the 'reset your password' link to have your password emailed to you.

	How do i add my MiniCool?
	First of all you need to make sure you have an account with Cool Approach. If so then you need to login and click the link in the menu to Create a MiniCool. Or click the My Account button in the top left and then click the Edit MiniCool tab.

	How do i edit my MiniCool?
	Sign into coolapproach.com and click on 'Create a MiniCool' from the navigation to create or edit your existing MiniCool.

	Is it important I logout correctly?
	Our system will automatically log you out after 20 minutes, however it's always worth clicking the Logout button to ensure somebody doesn't use your computer after you and see that you are still logged in! So the official CA line is to always logout properly!

	How do i read/sent messages and clues to other users?
	If you go to your My Account area you will be able to view all messages you have sent or received. Otherwise click on the 'Who fancies who?' tab from the navigation to view all the clues you have sent or received.

	Do all other users have access to veiw my profile page?
	Yes anyone can view your profile but only your friends can message and write on your profile.

	Do i have access to view anyones profile page?
	Yes you can view anyones profile, but you can only contact them if you are on their friends list.

	Is it possible to change my username?
	Unfortunately once your username has been created it cannot be changed

	What can i do if i fancy someone who's not registered?
	You can still send clues to someone not registered, just enter their name and email address and they will be notified of the waiting clue.

	Am i able to ask question that isn't in the advice section?
	If you sign into the site you can comment on any of the advice articles, and maybe someone will reply to your question?

	Can i veiw the privacy policy after signing up?
	You can indeed - links to the privacy policy and terms and conditions are at the base of every page on CA.

	Do you have to have a MiniCool?
	You don't have to add a MiniCool if you don't want one. If you don't create one, we will simply put an image outline of a blank, greyed out character. Don't forget though that if people don't recognise you they might not contact you, and who knows what fun you might miss out on there!

	What is a MiniCool?
	A MiniCool is a character representation of yourself that other users see on this website. There are over a million combinations for the look of your MiniCool - so you should be able to get it looking just like you!

	How will i know when i've been sent a new message/clue?
	You will be sent an email to the email address used during the signup process when a new clue or message has been sent to you.

	Is there a limit to how many pictures i can have on my Cool profile?
	There is no limit to the amount of photos you can have on your profile, but the more you have the longer it will take to downlaod your profile.

	Can you add jokes with an adult content?
	It is up to the Cool Approach staff to approve jokes, so generally no we do not tolerate adult or racist jokes.

	How often can i edit my character?
	You can edit your character as often as you like - you can do so by either clicking the 'Edit MiniCool' button on the navigation or through the 'My Account' pages.

	Can i change the size and height of my character?
	Fraid not! Our MiniCools are all based on the same frame and height for either a male or female character.

	Someone on Cool Approach is bugging/harrasing/threatening me, what can i do about it?
	Send an email to misuse@coolapproach.com detailing everything that has happened and the username of the person in question. The cool approach staff will then investigate the matter and take any appropriate action necessary. Cool Approach do not tolerate any harassing or threatening behaviour of any kind.

	How do i block a user?
	If you look at the clues received page there is a 'block this user' button next to their clue.

	I'm trying to upload an image onto my profile page and its displaying an error, what is wrong?
	You might be uploading a wrong file type or the file might be too large.

	Someone is pretending to be me what do i do?
	Please send an email to abuse@coolapproach.com with as much information as you can. The Cool Approach staff will then investigate the matter.

	Who do i report site misuse to?
	If you think someone is doing something they shouldn't please email us and let us know in as much detail as you can at misuse@coolapproach.com.

	What can i do if i think someones compromised my account, i can't login and my password wont work?
	Click on the 'Reset your password' link and enter the email address you signed up with to have the password emailed to you. If you feel that your account has been hacked into contact abuse@coolapproach.com with as much detail as you can provide.

	Where can i veiw the terms and conditions after signing up?
	There are links to the terms and conditions and privacy policy at the base of every page on CA.
